Buster, he was my baby like no other!!! EVER! I got him when he was 5 weeks old, he went straight to bed with me and NEVER left my side. Even when the pain came.....See Buster had Cushings Disease, and I was the selfish one keeping him here longer than I should have. He was only 7 years old when I lost him.
Died Sept 13th 2004 This my little pitbull (so she thought) I got Chakita from a breeder who couldn't use her. She was only 10lbs. She didn't know how to play or anything when we got her. She was a very nervous girl all the time and noises made her very jumpy. I lost Kiki 5 months after I lost Buster. She died from Congestive Heart Failure at 11 years old. She like Buster was attached to my hip and didn't like if mommy had to leave her for any reason.

The most difficult part of having pets is that we usually outlive them. Thank you, Robin, for sharing the 'Rainbow Bridge' prose. I've read it before, but always enjoy reading it again. It helps, knowing that we will be reunited with them again.
