Any picture you want to add to a post that is not an attachment must have a url in order to post it. There is a button on the top of the posting area that says insert image, click on that then type in the url of the picture you want to post and click ok. One of the best and free places to use is http://www.photobucket.com and use the codes under the pictures you upload to them. Or you can right click an image from a webpage and click on properties and copy and paste that url into the insert image box. It really is very simple to do.
